Nova Coverage LLC was founded on a simple idea: insurance should feel personal. We're a women-owned, independent agency headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana — and we do things a little differently around here.

Nova Coverage is proudly women-owned and operated. Two women with decades of combined experience across insurance, finance, transportation, and entrepreneurship — building an agency that does things differently.

Nav Nagra

Founder

Building an insurance agency has always been a lifelong dream for Nav and Nova Coverage is that dream realized. Her passion for protecting the people and businesses in her community is the foundation everything at Nova Coverage is built on. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life insurance and currently pursuing her TRIP designation, Nav is committed to understanding every side of the business — not just the policies, but the people and industries behind them.

Amy Vaja, TRIP

Chief Operations Officer

Amy brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry with a deep specialization in transportation. A licensed Property & Casualty professional with a TRIP designation and currently pursuing her CPCU, she's spent her career building agencies from the ground up and helping clients navigate complex coverage needs. Amy is also passionate about technology, AI, and automation — always looking for smarter ways to serve clients and streamline the insurance experience.
