Certificate Holders — No Fee

Adding certificate holders to your policy is always free. Request as many as you need at no cost.

Additional Insured — Fee May Apply

Adding an additional insured to your policy may carry a fee. We'll always discuss any charges with you before making changes.

Waiver of Subrogation — Fee May Apply

Adding a waiver of subrogation may carry a fee. We'll review the cost with you and get your approval before any changes are made.

Loss Payee / Additional Insured / Waiver of Subrogation

These require a policy change and cannot be done via a COI request. Please submit your request to policychange@novacoverage.com
